There are multiple types of terrains in CastleMiner and CastleMiner Z.

CastleMinerEdit

The terrains are chosen before starting a level.

  • Classic: Is made up of hills and mountains. Most of the area is grass, rock, snow, dirt, and sand.
  • Lagoon: Water surrounds the area. There are many areas of land floating above the area.
  • Coastal: Water surrounds the area. There are many beaches along the coast of islands.
  • Flatland: The terrain is flat and empty and only 1 block above the minimum height, which is grass.
  • Desert: The area is made up of sand.
  • Arctic: The area is made up of snow.

CastleMiner ZEdit

The terrains vary by the distance from the tower.

  • Classic: There are many trees and mountains. The land is very similar to the classic terrain from CastleMiner.
  • Forest: Very similar to Lagoon from CastleMiner. There are also many trees and mountains.
  • Desert: The area is made up of sand.
  • Mountains: There are tall mountains. Many resources can be found, but most are copper and iron.
  • Arctic: The area is made up of snow.
  • Miner's Paradise: Most of the land is rock. Many valuable resources are found here such as gold, and diamond. Resources are found both on the surface and below.
  • Hell: Found 40 blocks below the surface of any terrain or after the Miner's Paradise terrain. Made entirely up of Bloodstone and Lava.
